The youth of The Performing Arts Conservatory will honor the resilience, innovation, and undeniable brilliance of Black artistry through a magnificent retro performance. This show explodes with the timeless rhythms of the 1970s, an era that revolutionized music. It combines elements of 70's gospel, R&B, disco, and hip-hop. You will enjoy music from artists like The Dramatics, Kool & The Gang, Sly and the Family Stone, Aretha Franklin, and songs from the Motown Sound vs. The Philly Sound, to name a few.
This is a show you don’t want to miss. Come out and plan to sing all your favorite songs and most of all have fun!

Parking / Finding Our Facilities
Parking for Arts for Lawrence is anywhere next to the blue stars on the map below. Amphitheater parking is also available EXCEPT during concerts and festivals. Parking is also available next to 56th Street after 6:30 PM. The parking lot next to our facility is NOT for Theater or FBCC parking.
